By Form: You can print or download the form on this website or request one by phone / at an SCB event / etc. Then email, fax or post it to SCB, using the details in the Contact Us section.
By Phone: Call the number in the Contact Us section and ask to join. If you get the answerphone, please leave your name, phone number, address and email details to start off the process.
